These Terms of Service govern your use of ScrumPoker.win, a real-time Scrum Poker planning tool. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ScrumPoker.win lets teams create or join rooms, select estimates, reveal votes, reset voting rounds, use reactions, and coordinate lightweight agile estimation sessions. The service is provided for collaboration and planning purposes only.

Eligibility And Authority

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Room Privacy

Rooms are lightweight shared spaces, not private workspaces or secure records systems. Anyone with the room name or room link may be able to join or interact with the room. Do not use rooms for secrets, credentials, personal health information, financial records, regulated data, confidential business information, or anything requiring access controls, audit logs, or guaranteed deletion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or compromise the service.
• Submit malicious code, spam, or automated traffic that harms the service.
• Use room names, display names, feedback, or other content to harass others or violate rights.
• Place confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information in the service.

User Content

You are responsible for the room names, display names, votes, reactions, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant ScrumPoker.win the limited permission needed to process that content to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Enforcement

We may block, rate-limit, remove, suspend, or refuse access to the service, rooms, or content if we believe use violates these Terms, creates security or abuse risk, causes operational harm, or exposes us or others to legal risk.

Availability

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of room data. The service may change, pause, or stop at any time.

No Professional Advice

ScrumPoker.win helps teams discuss estimates. It does not provide project management, legal, financial, security, or professional advice.

Intellectual Property

ScrumPoker.win and its site content, design, branding, and software are protected by copyright and other laws. Except where a separate open source license applies, all rights are reserved.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrumPoker.win will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrumPoker.win's total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of these sections may not apply to you.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
