ScrumPoker.win provides a real-time planning poker tool for teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use the service or contact us.

Information We Process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• Room names you create or join.
• Display names entered by participants.
• Votes, reactions, selected voting systems, and custom emoji used in a room.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, such as connection status, request metadata, IP address, browser information, and logs.
• Feedback or contact messages you send, including your email address if you provide one.
• Local browser preferences, such as theme and remembered room/user information, stored on your device.

Room Visibility

Rooms are lightweight shared spaces. Anyone with the room name or room link may be able to join or interact with the room. Information entered in a room may be visible to other participants in that room, including display names, votes once revealed, reactions, and room settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate real-time Scrum Poker rooms.
• Reconnect participants and keep room state consistent during a session.
• Respond to feedback, support requests, and feature suggestions.
• Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Room Data

Scrum Poker rooms are intended for lightweight team estimation, not for storing confidential, sensitive, or regulated information. Please avoid putting secrets, credentials, health information, financial data, or other sensitive content in room names, display names, feedback, or messages.

Cookies And Local Storage

We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The app uses browser localStorage to remember your theme preference and, per room, your display name and generated user ID so you can reconnect more easily. You can clear this data in your browser settings; clearing it may make the app forget your name or treat you as a new participant.

Service Providers

We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the service, including Cloudflare Pages, Workers, Durable Objects, WebSockets, security features, and related logs. The browser may also load the Socket.IO client library from the Socket.IO CDN for compatibility with legacy or local backends. If we add email delivery, analytics, spam protection, or persistent feedback storage, we will update this policy to describe the relevant provider and purpose.

Retention

Scrum Poker room state is temporary and intended for live collaboration. While a room is active, we process room names, participant display names, votes, reactions, voting settings, and connection state. When participants leave, participant entries may be removed from active room state, but residual room metadata or logs may remain for an operational period unless and until automatically expired or deleted. We do not guarantee that room data will be preserved or immediately deleted. Feedback and contact messages may be retained for follow-up and product planning.

International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in the United States, the European Union, and other locations where our providers operate.

EEA, UK, And Swiss Users

For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, ScrumPoker.win is the controller of personal information described in this policy. We process room and technical data to provide the service and for our legitimate interests in maintaining, securing, debugging, and improving it. We process optional feedback or contact information to respond to your request and for product planning.

Where required, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Sale Or Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide an email address when feedback does not require a reply. You can clear local browser storage through your browser settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided, contact us at ragiop07+scrumpoker.win@gmail.com.

Children

ScrumPoker.win is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
